Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us at info@cinalauro.com within 24 hours with order information and the correct details you would like to change. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Cancellations and order changes are not guaranteed as we typically process and ship out most orders within 24 hours of order placement. We can not cancel your order, make any changes, or issue a refund if more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order.

Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your purchase for a refund.

For refund or return eligibility, please ensure the following:

  • The items must be unused, in its original condition (including packaging and labelling).
  • The items must have all tags attached and show no signs of use or damage.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must accompany the request.
  • Refund requests should be submitted promptly upon identifying an issue, within the specified timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard. If you use the item or remove / tamper with the tags, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.

Please note that we do not issue the refund: if your order does not arrive due to the factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong address).

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cinalauro.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we give and the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Should more than 15 business days pass since your return was approved, we encourage you to contact us for further assistance.

Damages and Issues

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement  or refund as preferred. 

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us if you encounter any issues, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. To assist us in resolving the matter efficiently, we may ask you to provide photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect. If the item is faulty, we will issue a refund or exchange. If the item is not faulty but has suffered from excessive wear and tear, misuse, or malicious damage, we will not offer a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to addressing any concerns swiftly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Important Note: If your purchase has not been delivered, you may submit a refund request within 15 days following the expiration of the guaranteed delivery period (45 days).
