Delivery Time:

Orders typically take between 7-14 business days to be delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. These are our estimates:

  • United States: 8 -12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4 - 8 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 8 - 10 business days
  • Europe: 8 - 14 business days

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Note: when tracking numbers are created, it can take about 24 hours for them to update and show movement.

Cancellations & Changes:

Changed your mind about making a purchase? Entered the wrong order information? Bought the wrong size? You have up to 24 hours to request a cancellation or update order details.

To cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. To change shipping/order information, email us the new order details so we can make the necessary modifications to your order. If your order cancellation or changes are approved, we will accordingly issue the refund or change your order details.

Cancellations and order changes are NOT GUARANTEED as we typically process and ship out most of orders within 24 hours of order placement. We can not cancel your order, make any changes, or issue a refund if more than 24 hours have passed since you placed the order.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

International Shipping:

Currently, we offer international shipping. Delivery times for international orders may vary and could take longer than our standard 7-14 day period.

Delays:

Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. External factors beyond our control, such as international customs, holidays, severe weather conditions, and natural disasters can cause delays in shipping.

If your package is taking too long to arrive, please contact us at info@cinalauro.com, and we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Each order will be sent with insured shipping to prevent lost packages. The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact us right away along with the order number and date of purchase, so we could launch an investigation.

Once the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we can either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

International Duties & Taxes:

Cina Lauro is not responsible for international customs fees associated with your order. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
